    Rebirth of the Loud showcases the obnoxious side of music, specifically the chart-topping, hard-hitting artists in both hip-hop and alternative rock. The latter '90s were heavily dominated with artists such as KORN, Marilyn Manson, Limp Bizkit, and Rage Against the Machine. The angst-ridden rock & roll scowling was a major hit with the teen pop kids, and hard rock was redefined.
