Perennially embattled starlet and gossip mag darling Lindsay Lohan is complying with her court-ordered treatments following last year's arrest for drunk driving and cocaine possession. Li-Lo's lawyer Blair Berk updated a judge on Lohan's progress and ongoing compliance with her sentence, which required her to complete a series of unglamorous deeds, including spending a whopping 84 minutes in jail, engaging in community service, and visiting both a morgue and an emergency room.
The judge accepted Berk's report and was satisfied with Lohan's progress, but scheduled another progress update for January 2009. If Lohan falls off the wagon, she could face harsher penalties. She is currently filming Labor Pains.
