TVT's bankruptcy auction has ended with the Orchard closing in on the label's back catalog, distribution deals, and remaining record contracts—everything but TVT's music publishing branch. The digital music company was TVT's top bidder, but a court still has to approve a deal once certain conditions are met. That's expected to happen by July 3.
Some key artists on TVT's roster include Lil Jon, the Polyphonic Spree, and Ying Yang Twins.
