Photographer suing actor
The relationship between paparazzi shutterbugs—often dubbed "stalkerazzi" for their relentless methods of pursuing photo ops—and celebrities is by nature an adversarial one, but photographer Josh Levine is taking things a step further. He is suing actor Woody Harrelson for the sum of 2.5 million dollars.
In the lawsuit, the snapper claims that Harrelson assaulted him and broke his video camera in an event that occurred in June 2006. He also accused the star of choking him, in addition to dispatching his bodyguard to attack. Levine has also enacted a suit against the bodyguard and claims to have suffered emotional, physical, and mental pain in the aftermath of the incident. Harrelson has not commented publicly on the suit at press time.
