    Kuenda Bonga (born: Barcelo de Carvallo) is one of Angola's most important post-independence vocalists. A blend of Angolan, Portuguese and Brazilian influences, Bonga's music has been described as "Latin sentimentality with a touch of Gypsy and Flamenco".
