Since it first hit the summer scene in 1995, the Van's Warped Tour has established itself as an annual high point on every young punk and emo kid's calendar. This year the traveling festival kicks off on June 20th in Pomona, California, then hits major cities across the US on its way to the east coast before heading back west to deliver its farewell show in Carson, California on August 17.
The event will sport multiple main stages filled with marquee acts like Angels and Airwaves and Paramore, along with a handful of smaller stages featuring up-and-coming crossovers, like Madonna's new favorite, Katy Perry, and Does It Offend You, Yeah?, as well as local groups given the chance to rock as hometown heroes. Though some bands will stick it out for the entire journey, a majority of the acts spearheading the musical convoy will alter throughout the tour, so be sure to check the festival's official site to see what bands will hit your area. Be sure to grab enough money to keep hydrated in mosh pits under the summer sun and prepare to revel in every style of teen angst imaginable.

* Band lists are not necessarily complete, please check the official festival page for a full lineup.
